Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags intact.

  • Returned products must be in the same condition as received, with no visible signs of use or damage.

 

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

  • For quality issues or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues): The customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders that have already shipped can NOT be canceled.

If you need to change the address on an order that has already been shipped, please contact us within 2 hours. There will be a fee imposed by the shipping carrier to reroute the order while in transit. The customer is responsible for all change fees. Note, some carriers will not allow an address change once in transit.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

RMA Process

  1. Please email us at support@heltool.com with your order number and reason for the return, and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you receive your RMA number, clearly write it on the return package.

  3. Return the item following the RMA process. Ensure the product is unused, and in its original packaging with the tags intact.
