It's really sketching working with on line retailers, jf you have an issue it's usually impossible to get a response. I ordered the wrong emblem by accident, on me, my fault, they were on top of it. contacted from the first email within a day, they sent the correct emblems, on them, again my fault. the emblems are Great quality, would do buisenes wit this company again, great quality, surpassed the service
