Installation Notes

1. Thoroughly clean the recessed tailgate lettering slots with rubbing alcohol to remove dust, wax, and road grime; allow the area to dry completely.
2. Dry-fit each letter into its corresponding tailgate recess before removing the backing tape to ensure correct letter sequence and alignment.
3. Peel off the protective film from the pre-applied heavy-duty adhesive backing (warming the adhesive slightly with a hairdryer in cooler climates will enhance bond strength).
4. Align each letter carefully inside its matching tailgate recess and press firmly across the surface for 1–2 minutes.
